Chill Out With Some Friendly Competition
Monday nights in Warminster could well be the most dull and dispirited of the week – but the Prestbury Sports Bar is here to save the day!
Chalky’s Monday Night Quiz at our bar is deservedly a famously popular night out with friends and family. “Nowhere else has this much fun on a Monday”, is the verdict of most of our participants, and the quizmaster himself.
If you’ve got a store of trivia just bursting to make itself heard, and fancy enjoying a sociable drink round the table with like-minded mates, join us at 8pm on a Monday. It costs just £2.00 per person, for teams of up to six quizzers.
Another of our in-house entertainments – this one for night owls – is a little game we’ve invented called “Play your Cards Right”. To find out what its all about join in at 11pm on Fridays and buy a ticket. If your number is picked you get to play.

Warm & Welcoming Venue for a Funeral Reception
Although evenings are devoted to entertainment at the Prestbury Sports Bar, we make our spacious premises and bar staff available during the day to hire for private wakes and life celebrations.
It seems somehow fitting that bereaved friends and family should be able to utilise our sociable space to honour their dearly departed in an accessible location in the centre of Warminster.
We will always do our best to accommodate you and your guests, and assist you to make the wake you organise into a personalised private event, with the use of audio-visual equipment if required.
Great Online Reviews
Besides our on-going screening of the biggest and best national and international sporting events, and our regular live music, karaoke, bandeoke and quiz events, there are often special events taking place at Prestbury Sports Bar. Our mission is to keep you entertained and well lubricated, whether you’ve just popped in for a quick game of pool or settled in for a night of jamming and jazzing.
We’re pleased to say that our customers invariably leave great reviews online, using phrases like “great sound”, “loads of seating”, “very fast service”, “great atmosphere” and other positive feedback. We’ve even been called a “hidden gem”.
We’re certainly not hiding, though we are tucked away off of The Close near the High Street in Warminster. Look for the sign on the gateway alongside the Old Fire Station.
