Warminster’s Top Music Venue
From Freddie Mercury and The Specials to the Beatles and Abba – we’ve had them all on stage at the Prestbury Sports Bar! Not in person – but certainly in spirit as worthy facsimiles. They are all part of our line-up of top class tribute acts and a set of popular cover bands and singers who tread our boards.
Saturday and Sunday nights from around 9pm our bar is usually rocking and rolling, crooning and humming, or hopping and bopping to a wide variety of live music acts to suit all tastes and age groups.
The stars that come out to shine at Prestbury Sports Bar include start-up acts, established favourites, local groups and singers. The atmosphere is always electric and the audience consistently enthusiastic.

Karaoke & Bandaoke Evenings
Friday nights at Prestbury Sports Bar are set aside for our patrons to entertain us, rather than the other way around! Our karaoke sessions are legendary in Warminster and beyond, enjoyed by everyone who decides to show off their vocal prowess, and those who just come along for a laugh and a drink.
We’ve got thousands of backing tracks to choose from, so you will never be stuck for choice. Come and belt out your favourite rock anthem or croon a heartfelt love song for your partner.
You can go one step further than karaoke and actually sing with a live band here at Prestbury. Our regular bandaoke nights (on the last Sunday of the month) give you the opportunity to perform as a lead singer with the band, so bring out your inner Mick Jagger or Stevie Nicks and give us a show.
Karaoke and bandaoke events start at 8pm, and there’s no admission charge.
Promoting Local Live Music
As partners who established Prestbury Sports Bar in 2006 it was inevitable – give our background and experience in hospitality and nightclubs – that live music would become part of our offering.
We’re pleased and proud to be able to provide a stage to showcase local talent from the Warminster area, and arrange to entertain our lively clientele with great tribute and cover acts from around the country.
We try to keep most of our music events free, or at least with a very low entry fee. Tickets are available at the door, or you can contact us to book in advance. You can book tables too, to be sure of a seat on our live music nights.
Our friendly and willing team provide table service, so you won’t have to miss any action when its your turn to buy a round.
